Salary offered is $73,150pa plus super.
The applicant must have the following skills:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least 2 years full time work experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen

The Chef will be responsible for:
• Providing high quality and innovative dishes according to menu specifications
• Designing menus in accordance with the seasons and food trends
• Overseeing daily food preparation and production, ensuring the food safety guidelines are consistently met
• Directing the food preparation process and allocation of kitchen duties
• Maintaining cost effective practices within the kitchen budget
• Providing training to junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining a high standard of food safety in accordance with industry guidelines

The Cook will be responsible for cooking and preparing a range of snack, lunch and dinner dishes for a major regional entertainment centre. The venue is fully licensed and offers bar service as well as a large seated dining area.
The applicant must have the following skills:
- Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery
- At least 2 years full time work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
- Dedication and commitment to preparing delicious meals for a regional restaurant
The Cook is responsible for:
• examining foodstuffs to ensure quality and cost efficiency given regional location
• regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment at Nitro Golf Centre
• preparing and cooking food in commercial kitchen
• seasoning food during cooking
• portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
• storing food in temperature controlled facilities
• preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
• may plan menus and estimate food requirements with a focus on locally grown Sunraysia produce
• may train other kitchen staff and apprentices

A&T Hotbread Pty Ltd operates the A&T Hotbread bakery and café in Robinvale, Victoria. We are currently seeking a qualified full time Chef.
Salary offered is $74,000 plus super.
The Chef will be solely responsible for the financial management and operation of the café kitchen. The applicant must have the following skills:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least 2 years full time work experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
- At least 1 year experience in preparing popular South East Asian dishes
- Proven experience in fully managing the operations and budget of a commercial kitchen to success
- Dedication and commitment to preparing delicious meals for a regional cafe
The Chef is responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking South East Asian dishes including Vietnamese rice and noodle soup dishes for regular and seasonable worker clientele
- Baking Vietnamese and European-style breads, pastries, cakes and pies on site
- Managing and supervising all kitchen staff
- Monitoring preparing, timing, presentation and decoration of dishes
- Managing kitchen budget and stock control to ensure profitable outcomes
- Planning menus considering budget, seasonal raw produce, labour and transport costs to a regional location
- Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures and hygiene practices
