The Procurement Manager oversees the execution of sourcing, category management, and procurement activities within the food and beverage category. In this role, you will work closely with the Food and Beverage teams across Haven, supporting their plans and strategies to deliver supplier and category strategies.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Nurturing and enhancing the commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with our retail plans, strategies, and guest propositions to secure the best-value offerings available in the market for Haven
- Working closely with the Supply Chain and technical management teams to develop and manage a safe and efficient food and beverage supply chain
- Actively developing your categories so that purchasing in F&B is transparent, straightforward and supportive of team members across the business.
- Playing a key role in the Procurement Team supporting and contributing to procurement strategy acrossHaven.
- Working closely with F&B technical team to ensure guest safety and maintain comprehensive adherence to legal obligations regarding food safety, including allergen management and other relevant regulations

What we’d like you to bring:
- Experience in Food and Beverage procurement (ideally in Leisure/Hospitality setting) and Sourcing, including negotiation for supply of goods and services along with associated KPI’s
- Proven history of developing and executing sourcing and procurement engagements that return substantial value
- Strong Stakeholder management experience
- Experience of effective supplier management (including commercial and qualitative performance, risk management and supplier relationship management) techniques

Development Chef

Are you a talented, experienced Development Chef looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking a Development Chef to join their team, based at our development hub in the grounds of Heythrop Park Hotel in the Cotswolds.

As a development chef at Warner Leisure Hotels, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary experience and help shape the menu offerings for multiple brands across the estate. You will work closely with our talented development team to create new and exciting dishes that will delight our guests and elevate their dining experience.

We are looking for someone with a history and passion for developing menus and is used to working in a team that own the life cycle of projects from beginning to end, including menu creation, developing dishes, full implementation, and training of our kitchen brigades across all 16 hotels.

You must have excellent communication skills, work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver projects on time and ensure tight deadlines are met.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Warner Leisure Hotels, as there are several impactful changes to our Food and Beverage offerings in 2024 and the opening of our 16th Hotel The Runnymede.
