Position Overview:
We are seeking two enthusiastic chefs who have a strong background in preparing pizzas, burgers, and curries. The ideal candidates will be creative, motivated, and dedicated to producing exceptional dishes using fresh, quality ingredients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, specialising in pizzas, burgers, and curries.
2. Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
3. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
5. Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.
6. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
7. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
8. Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene regulations.
9. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals.
10. Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve menu items.
11. Create and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
12. Manage food preparation and cooking schedules to meet service demands.
13. Handle food storage and ensure proper handling of ingredients to minimise waste and spoilage.
14. Assist with the ordering of supplies and ingredients as needed.
15. Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
16. Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ideas into the menu.
17. Address and resolve any kitchen issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pizza, burger, and curry preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- A passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu items.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, while delivering exceptional dishes that keep our customers coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, and hygiene practices.
2. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
3. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications:
