Albarkah Traders Pty Ltd currently running "Cheesecake Shop - Bankstown NSW, are recruiting a team of passionate, dedicated individuals with exceptional skills in producing consistently high quality cake and pastry products.
Salary Package - $72500 Per Annum Plus Superannuation
The Desired Candidate must be passionate, a dedicated individual with exceptional skills in producing consistently high quality cake and pastry products at our store – Cheesecake Shop –Carlton NSW
Job Duties Include
• Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods.
• Preparing cakes and pastry fillings.
• Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times.
• Coordinating and overlooking the whole pastry production procedure.
• Glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing.
• Knowing how to operate machines.
• Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment.
• Efficient, clean and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Quality control of raw materials and weighing ingredients.
The Eligible Candidate must:
• Hold a relevant Australian qualification in Patisseries or Hospitality.
• Recent working experience in Pastry Cook.
• Have good communication skills in English.
• Be willing to work on full time basis.
