including some weekends Job description Meet and
greet customers and deal with complaints. Promote
the hotel through different types of marketing. Plan
and organise accommodation, catering and any other
services offered. Analyses demand and decides on type,
standard and cost of services to be offered; Determines
financial, staffing, material and other short- and longterm needs; Ensures physical comfort of guests and
makes special arrangements for children, the elderly
and the infirm if required; Arranges for payment of bills,
keeps accounts and ensures adherence to licensing
and other statutory regulation. . Skills and knowledge
Good Customer service and effective communication
skills. The ability to use your initiative. The ability to
motivate and manage staff. Multilingual ability would be
an advantage.
