1. Full UK Driving Licence
2. Must be fluent in Punjabi and English language
3. Excellent telephone & customer service skills
4. Is highly organized
5. Has impeccable timekeeping
6. Has the ability to think on their feet
7. Can work either alone, or in a team environment
8. Basic computer knowledge is essential
9. GCSC Grade (B) or above
Job duties will be as
1. Parcel deliveries
2. Liaising with customer and drivers
3. Liaising with internal departments to assist with the smooth running of the organization
4. Ability to multitask and work as part of a team as well as being organized
5. Flexible approach to work and hours of work
