職責：

• 準備月度和年終合併、向馬來西亞證券交易所公佈的集團季度業績、集團預測、預算和年終法定帳目。
• 監督集團內所有子公司的帳目。
• 對子公司的每月財務進行分析審查。
• 年度報告的全程編制。
• 就所有審計事宜與內部和外部審計師聯絡。
• 協助向董事會和外部利害關係人（例如企業銀行和股東）進行內部報告。
• 團隊成員，負責根據業務要求和相關財務報告標準的變化建立、審查和更新集團會計政策和程序。
• 根據管理層的要求，支援並處理臨時事務。

要求：

• 金融/會計/商業學位或專業會計資格，如 MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA。
• 有註冊會計師職稱者優先。
• 必須能夠處理團體整合。

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance credit policies and procedures.

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
