The Role
- Lead a sub-group accounting and finance team, providing training, coaching, guidance and support
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly and yearly consolidated financial and management accounts, forecasts and budgets, ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and compliance with Group internal policies & procedures
- Align and harmonise accounting policies and procedures for all entities in the sub-group with Group policies
- Assess implications of new or revised accounting standards for sub-group
- Perform financial due diligence, when required
- Liaise with external stakeholders including but limited to auditors and tax agents
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
