Your role:

As a member of Loan Ops and Documentation team supporting Australia booking center within GWM APAC Operations Hub, the team’s key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and checking of credit documentation for Australia GWM credit products such as Lombard, Mortgage and Structured transactions. Ensure that documents are drafted in accordance with the Credit Approval, Bank’s policy and guidelines as well as any regulatory requirements with the required conditions and covenants such as registration of charge. Other miscellaneous documents include but not limited to margin call letters, pricing changes, credit cancellation and any other credit related documentation;
• Ensure accuracy of the credit documents that are returned to the Bank are properly executed and all conditions precedent are met before limit and/or collateral set up in core system for utilization. Update of the document status in the system to track and follow up on the pending documents with Front Office/ relevant party and escalate to Credit Officer / Management when necessary;
• Transaction processing and/or approval including Loan approval, SBLC / BG issuance, Funds transfers, Security and/or Asset transfers within the approval credit limit &/or collateral position. Ensuring any exceptions are highlighted & approved by relevant authority; Follow-up for the renewal of incoming SBLC/BG taken as collateral and update in the system once received;
• Other admin duties such as but not limited to retrieval of Swift messages, audit confirmation and reporting.
• Update and maintenance of system on the credit facility approval /collateral updates and other updates as required for data maintenance.
• Support of Strategic Initiatives and Projects as and when assigned. Performing administrative tasks and ongoing clean-up and housekeeping (when required).

You will be working under WM APAC Operations Hub division located in Singapore supporting GWM Australia Business. As a member of Loan Ops and Documentation team, you play a critical role in the managing of Credit documentation, providing prompt and high quality service and support in credit operation matter to Australia GWM.

Your expertise:

• Diploma/ University degree;
• At least 5 years experience in Private Banking credit documentation and/or credit operation;
• The candidate must have good attention to detail, strong organization skill, resourceful in problem solving and service oriented;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
• Able to prioritize and work under a wide variety of situations;
• The candidate should be self-motivated, resourceful, demonstrate good judgment.

* Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical
- information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.
* Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
* Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
* For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.
* Collate and rationalise all stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team

Your expertise:

• Extensive knowledge of Temenos T24 and TPH banking software, including experience in configuring and customizing T24/TPH modules to meet business requirements.
• For payments SME’s - Good knowledge in Payments Domain (Especially European payment flows and products SEPA, Target 2 etc.,)
• 5+ years of experience as a T24 and TPH Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, ideally within a banking or financial services environment, with a deep understanding of core banking processes and functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for translating complex business requirements into effective T24 solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Should take full accountability of the deliverables and work with all the stakeholders (IT & Business) for a smooth implementation of the requirements
• Good collaboration with all the business and IT teams to ensure there is no ambiguity of requirements for implementation and support there after

Job scope:

· Review and submit accurate and timely reports to principals and regulators in accordance with the KPIs in the service agreements.

· Troubleshoot any issues in reports & liaise with our IT officers on the resolution.

· Provide information requested by both internal and external auditors.

· Assist in answering of ad-hoc requests for data and queries by both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

· Undertake other ad-hoc tasks such as extracting statistics for analysis.

· Handling processing for bank transfers made by customers.

· Reconcile collections of incoming payments from customers through various payment modes such as cash, cheque, debit and credit cards, GIRO, mobile app, PayNow, etc, and follow up promptly on any exceptions.

· Reconcile outgoing refunds of security deposits to customers who have closed their utilities accounts and follow up promptly on any exceptions.

· Reconcile general ledger accounting codes and bank statements to ensure all collections and refunds are properly accounted for.

· Handle enquiries from customers pertaining to their payments and refunds.
