This role is responsible for providing financial analysis, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting regulations. 

• Develop and maintain effective internal accounting processes and procedures
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collections of receivables
• Establish and monitor internal controls
• Oversee accounts payable processes and payments
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial performance and advise senior management on potential areas of improvement
• Oversee all the tax matters such as transfer pricing, tax incentives, tax deductibility of expenses, etc within the Group
• Laisse with external auditors, tax agents and bankers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related professional or financial qualifications.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership or equivalent (is preferred).
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience with exposure in full management accounting including AP, AR and GL function.
• Preferably candidate with 3 to 4 years reporting and audit experience.
• The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.

The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s

accounts receivable process.

To ensuring sales teams timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records,

and providing excellent Accounts Receivable service.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR) department
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Create new customer accounts and generate billing in the Acconuting system (GP).
• Create invoices and send them to customers /Sales teams/Intercompanies
• Monitor collections in the bank ,cash, credit card etc and update the Accounting system (GP)
• Contact customers /Sales teams/Intercompanies via phone/email for collection or to clarify payments received
• Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor special customer accounts with sales teams
• Send monthly statements
• Generate credit notes for stock return in
• Generate debit notes/credit notes for discounts or special charges
• Maintain accurate filing of documents
• Respond promptly to customer/Sales Teams inquiries regarding Statements of
• Account (SOA), invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Resolve with sales teams on unallocated or problematic amounts
• Support the month-end closing and yearly external audit processes by providing timely information and resolving queries from internal sales teams, customers and auditors.

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks related to the Accounts Department, such as arranging couriers for bank cheques and sending documents/invoices to customers via public courier services.
• Provide backup support for other accounts team members during their absence
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department related to account/finance functions

Minimum Qualification: Graduated in Diploma in Accounting
