The role is to support project team to implement Smart Benefits （Flex Benefits） by phases and provide technical analysis and assistance for business.

Responsibilities: 

1. Technical activities:

Identifying the improvement in solution to meet dynamic business requirement

Be responsible for BRD conducting as well as testing for system development;

Overview the quality of system development

Assist system configuration to both current businesses

Define and develops business requirements and functional specifications for new and renewal clients 

Supporting the documentation of SOW

2. Process activities:

Analyze enrolment and member activity data 

Define all operation procedure in collaboration with clients, internal parties and 3rd party vendors for on-line and off-line transaction

Document using established standards and templates

Follows change request for enhancements

3. Project management:

Adheres to project or documentation standards defined by project management

Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages delivery timeline effectively

Proactively keep the team aware of progress of assigned projects and tasks

Requirements:

1. Education:  

Degree in business and computer science or equivalent training and work experience

2. Experience:

5+ years of experience in Application Development, Requirement gathering, analysis and documenting

5+ years of experience in User acceptance testing activities, Integration testing and Test case development

e-commerce shopping portal, CRM redemption portal, Benefits Administration background will be beneficial

3. Knowledge and skills

Experience and knowledge working with IT development team for client-facing on-line platform

Familiar with HTML, SQL, JAVA, Tableau is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Development

• Propose and develop multi-asset fund solutions to grow AIAHK’s investment-linked and pension business through partnering with AIAHK’s MPF & ILAS teams as well as Group Investment’s Unit-linked and Pension Business team in Singapore.
• Draft and present fund product proposal to enhance AIMHK product range and competitiveness. 

Product Management & Coordination

• Coordinate internal departments and external parties in relation to the development and ongoing management of AIMHK’s fund products.
• Act as a de-facto project manager to plan, manage and coordinate new fund launching as well as existing fund revamping processes.

Product Communication & Advisory

• Represent AIMHK to communicate fund product features to internal agents, external brokers and end-customers through face-to-face meetings and virtual media.
• Lead the development of AIMHK's product brochure, fund factsheet, investment-related marketing collateral & training materials.

Product Intelligence

• Act as a specialized source of market intelligence on competitors’ product feature and fund performance as well as trends of new product development.
• Compile and analyze market intelligence on competitors' product positioning and features.  Update senior members of AIMHK and other stakeholders of AIAHK on the development of fund industry's competitive landscape. 

Stakeholder Management

• Establish good rapport with stakeholders within AIA Group, including AIAHK (e.g. ILAS & MPF teams), Group Investment (e.g. GULPB) and AIAIM in Singapore. 
• Provide investment fund related supports to the AIAT and ILAS teams of AIAHK. 

Minimum Job Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in fund product development, investment research, asset management and/or investment advisory.
• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Economics or business-related subjects.
• Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA or CAIA).
• Holders of SFC license 1, 4 or 9.
• Good understanding of MPF and SFC fund-related regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of retail financial markets and wealth management products.
• Strong presentation and report-writing skills.  Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

At Regions, the Cybersecurity Cloud Security Engineer contributes to the advancement of Cybersecurity strategy. The primary focus of this role includes developing, communicating, and implementing robust and secure cloud continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. This role works closely with stakeholders to create fully automated pipelines which support current Cloud Security best practices.

Job Description:

At Regions, the Network Security Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of Information Security systems to ensure controls are adequate and effective. Job Description

The Corporate Strategy Manager will report to the Associate Director, Corporate Strategy, Asia Pacific.   

The Position will focus on the execution of Invesco’s China business development, especially in monitoring and analyzing China’s domestic policy and regulation evolution and geopolitical issues that might impact Invesco.  This includes but not limited to supporting public affairs engagements, working on regulatory research, and assisting Invesco’s China business development initiatives. 

The Position will work as a team to help execute a proactive public policy and stakeholder management program to impact favorably the company’s operating environment in Greater China and increase the company’s reputation and brand presence with key policy makers in China. 

He/She will work closely with the key business partners in the region, and other stakeholders and technical experts from across the Group to help execute a proactive public policy and stakeholder management program.  The successful delivery of the program would increase the company’s reputation and brand presence with key policy makers in China.  This will include building strong relationships with the key business partners across the legal and compliance, investment, product development, distribution, and operations teams.

The Position will also assist and support other China related strategy planning and execution work, plus other regional strategic work as needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must have a broad business orientation and excellent writing skills, and will have responsibility for the following:

• Provide insights of China’s domestic policy and regulation evolution and maintain good working relations with external public policy stakeholders on issues affecting Invesco in China
• Liaising with business colleagues across Invesco to ensure effective monitoring and co-ordination of public policy issues in the region
• Advocate for Invesco to bring external perspectives within and beyond China back into the company in written format to inform our perception and direction
• Work collaborately with legal and compliance, and investment teams across China (onshore and offshore) to work on market access (and related issues) and development over the capital market opening in China

Qualifications / Work Experience:

• Educated to graduate or post-graduate level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese a must
• Team player, good collaboration skills, able to build trust at all levels across the business
• Good policy skills; ability to grasp and understand the significance and potential impact of a wide range of public policy issues and identify risks and opportunities for Invesco
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation
• Good understanding of the public policy environment in which Invesco operates.  Public affairs, public policy or government relations experience, preferably in the financial services sector
• Excellent knowledge of asset management public policy landscape, particularly China/Hong Kong
• Strong understanding of the asset management business from a commercial and operational perspective.
• Must be willing to frequently travel within China

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Senior financial decision maker with responsibility for ensuring the business activity within assigned LOBs is accounted for in accordance with the accounting policies and procedures approved by the Bancorp’s Accounting Risk and Policy department. Primary responsibilities include maintaining an understanding of the existing and new product/transaction initiatives, the operating processes (both systemic and manual) used to service and account for these activities, and the external reporting requirements for these activities. Division Controller has responsibility over multiple LOB accounting functions that could include: Capital Markets, Fifth Third Securities, Headquarters,  Shared Services, Central Reconciliations, Consumer, Commercial (including Special Assets), Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management Program Execution.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Bancorp Controller in resolving critical technical accounting and operational accounting issues on a timely basis. These responsibilities include:
• Development of alternative potential solutions to issues.
• Participating in the final decision making process.
• Preparation of memoranda supporting the issue resolution.
• Communicating resolutions to both internal and external parties.
• Implementing the resulting procedural revisions and developing controls to ensure the resolution is implemented and remains in place.
• Establish and maintain relationship with External Auditor.
• Prepare analysis and reports for and present findings to senior management.
• Manage department resources and budget.
• Ensure appropriate staffing in the department.
• Develop and retain personnel with the requisite knowledge to account for products and services that are part of the business model. Also provide a foundation of skill sets to provide for advancement within the department or other departments/divisions within the company.
• Recruit and train new personnel to maintain the appropriate capacity to support the accounting processes for the LOB’s business activity.
• Provide timely and clear communication about enterprise-wide business initiatives and how the initiative impacts the relevant LOB.
• Identify challenging work assignments, mentoring and education programs to give employees exposure to proactive problem solving throughout the company.
• Ensure ongoing and clear performance feedback to maintain proactive and positive work relationships with staff.
• Establish and maintain work relationships with peers in LOB management, Operations, Information Technology, External Reporting, and Tax to ensure an effective and efficient internal control structure supports the LOB’s product set.
• Maintain a dialogue with LOB management about existing and new products, services, or transactions, and provide feedback about accounting and regulatory reporting impacts to those products.
• Develop proactive processes for staff to understand and provide the necessary information about the LOB’s business activities to the External Reporting and Tax departments.

Responsibilities may also include the following:

• Ensure timely completion and ongoing compliance with Enterprise Risk Management programs that impact Accounting and other Finance areas, including Risk & Control Self-Assessments, Business Change Risk Assessments, Regulatory Change Management, and Self-Identified Issues Management.
• Ensure timely completion of Sarbanes-Oxley Program requirements, including annual tollgate/walkthrough meetings with all LOB and supporting area process owners, annual assessments of key controls and remediation activities, annual certifications and rep letters, and quality control reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of account reconciliations for all general ledger and internal processing accounts, including the appropriate aging of reconciliation items and the monitoring and reporting of aging thresholds versus established key risk indicators

• Oversees the reconciliations for all transaction-based accounts, including those used in Central and Investment Operations, Retail and other lines of business, as well as for all systems application accounts. • Sets cross-functional objectives and priorities related to reconciliation controls. Sets the technical strategy within Centralized Reconciliation given enterprise and business objectives. Is accountable for the impacts of technical direction on other functional areas across the enterprise.
• Reduces financial risk by directing the design and performance of reconciliation and by promoting clearing and correction of process defects. Represents Centralized Reconciliations at the Senior Reconciliation Risk Committee.
• Leads and champions improvement opportunities in cross-functional and business-level relationships.

• Manages department resources and budget to ensure that reconciliations advance the company's ability to sustain growth.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Financial Center Manager will participate in a comprehensive, customized on-boarding and education program.  This includes rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management.
