The Commercial Strategy & Innovation (CSI) role is responsible for providing end-to-end strategy in accessing new vaccine opportunities in China, driving the new product development process through proactively cooperating with cross functional teams.  This will be achieved through management and facilitation of new product business assessment, development strategy, prioritization, investment decisions, market development and eventual successful handover to inline business unit.

The Data Scientist / Portfolio Risk Manager provides analysis, monitors the performance and develops portfolio credit recommendations on consumer loan portfolios to manage risk taking, improve profitability and ensure the bank’s lending activities adhering to Retail Credit policies and Risk Appetite target.  This role leverages the use of statistical tools, quantitative modeling techniques and other business methodologies to mine data and support credit policy and strategy recommendations. The position is responsible for contributing to key risk management related business processes such as credit performance monitoring, retail risk policy/strategy development, credit loss reserving, loss forecasting and business planning. This role is also responsible for ADHOC analysis including due diligence for potential portfolio or retail lending business acquisitions.

Loss forecasting and performance monitoring (40%)

• Develop, enhance loss forecasting framework. Maintain efficient reporting process to communicate forecast and underlying drivers to senior management. Liaison with collections/ finance to facilitate accurate assessment and reporting of loss/allowance.
• Conduct portfolio analyses, including monitoring and reporting credit performances of specific consumer loan portfolios, exploring and discovering root causes of changing credit profile and credit performances, identifying performance drivers and providing senior management with actionable recommendations.

Portfolio Risk management/Data Analysis (20%)

• Supporting growth and solve real business problems by applying customized business analysis or a variety of predicative modeling techniques, portfolio segmentation, champion/challenger methodologies to analyze business results and refine strategies and influence portfolio credit performance and profitability.
• Combine retail lending product expertise, lending process understanding and analytical expertise in lending policy and strategy enhancement. In our supportive environment, the Regulatory Processing team is looking for a Compliance Analyst to assist in ensuring CWB Financial Group operates in compliance with policies and procedures by checking front-line activities, measuring and reporting on compliance and risk areas, and identifying opportunities and actions for improvement in processes and internal controls. 

What you’ll be doing

• Work with operations management in branches and corporate office to maintain effective risk management practices, and to improve in areas of opportunity as they relate to regulatory compliance.
• Provide reporting and analysis to the Regulatory Compliance department to assist in their efforts to monitor the implementation of effective risk management practices and various specific risks such as noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise and provide compliance support to various internal business partners and branches.

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a project(s) and the management of the project staff inclusive of onsite Team Members when applicable.  A Project Supervisor is an extension of a client’s business office staff. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and meeting or exceeding the Operational goals of our clients and Company. This may include overlapping related business activities with pre-admissions, pre-registration, admission, registration, billing and collection. What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and conduct interviewing of potential new hires and bring recommendations to Operations Manager.

• Training of new Team Members.

• On-going training and mentoring of Team Members.

• Complete monthly account reviews for each patient account representative on the project.

• Ensure Team Member and project compliance with HIPAA standards.

Develops and monitors the operational management framework that includes the governance framework & practices leveraged across BMO to manage operational risks.
