About this opportunity
We're looking for someone to join the Finance Platform; a team in place to implement and design trusted, secure, stable products which service customers in Group Corporate Treasury and Finance reporting. We're focussed on redefining the experiences throughout the end-to-end colleague lifecycle enabled by technology. You'll be at the heart of designing and maintaining our data solutions in a way that unlocks and builds opportunities to digitise and deliver excellent colleague journeys and business outcomes, as well as meeting the Group's strategic goals to simplify and redefine the technology landscape.
This role is akin to a Technical Business Analyst and so requires an analytical approach that traverses both business and technical domains. It spans across business requirements definition, data analysis and solution design. It includes supporting all areas of the software development lifecycle, but does not include coding and development.

Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving. Investing billions in our people, data and tech to transform the way we meet the ever-changing needs of our 26 million customers. We're growing with purpose. Join us on our journey and you will too…
