The Role.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR shared service team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR processes and keen to support the smooth running of our people-related operations and provide effective administrative support to all departments across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include but are not exhaustive.

• Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing documents and managing HR databases
• Create letters, contracts for new employees and revision of employment
• Ensure relevant information is provided to payroll by the stated deadlines in line with new starters, leavers and salary amendments
• Ensure relevant communications to stakeholders
• Ensure the DBS check and right to work checks are done in timely manner
• Respond to HR queries from employees, offering guidance on policies and procedures

What you will need to succeed.

• GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent including Maths and English)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook), a competent user of excel
• Able to maintain confidentiality in accordance with data protection
• Experience of working in HR – desirable
• Enthusiastic and has a want to develop in role

As a Senior Community Support Worker (Positive Behaviour Support) you will provide first line management to a team of Community Support Workers (Positive Behaviour Support), developing their capability through demonstrating the right values and behaviours, mentoring staff, and supporting their ongoing development.

You will work alongside other practitioners within the service and community, to upskill and increase the resilience of children and their families. You will have the opportunity to receive formal Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training and coaching from qualified behavioural specialists.

Two fantastic opportunities for an Executive Assistant have become available to join our central office providing a professional and efficient support to the Chief Executive and People & Culture Director.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary organisation providing care, special educational and social work services to over 1,400 children, young people and adults every year. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting with project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed in time.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.
• Undertaking analysis of data, extracting insights from reports and compiling into presentations and other documents.
• Managing the Chief Executives/People & Culture Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Preparing and organising documents for meetings including agendas and presentations. Taking minutes during meetings and distributing to relevant parties.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Qualification level 4 or above in a business-related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can produce reports

• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload.
