A prestigious company is in search of a committed AR/Credit Manager to become part of their growing team in Redhill. This permanent role provides the option of hybrid working, allowing for three days of remote work per week.
Your New Role
A team of three credit controllers reports to the Credit Manager.
Responsible for setting KPIs and ambitious targets.
Monthly one-on-one meetings with the team ensure success.
Handle all aspects of credit control, including statements, collection letters, and final payment reminders.
Take full ownership of the invoicing process, collaborating with account managers to capture all necessary information.
Working alongside all internal teams, they ensure communication is clear and efficient, thus maintaining smooth processes.
Manage the allocation of payment receipts from clients.
What You Need to Succeed
- Seeking a senior credit controller ready for advancement, or a credit manager desiring a fresh challenge.
- Must have prior experience in credit control/collections within a dynamic setting.
- Exceptional communication abilities are required for liaising with both internal teams and clients.
- Should be at ease when engaging with clients through phone and email.
- The candidate must be a team player with extraordinary attention to detail.
