We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You’ll provide essential payment services to support Bromford’s core operations. Focusing on delivering an exceptional service and working to business deadlines underpinned by a comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as robust policies and controls.
You’ll leverage your experience in processing payments, BACS, and purchase ledger, alongside your proficiency with banking platforms. Your commitment to delivering exceptional support will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for brilliant service delivery. You will be expected to be proactive, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed and a flexible approach to both your working methods and hours.
You will be instrumental in driving change, confidently challenging existing processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Your strong communication skills will enable you to work effectively within our team and across the organisation. You must be able to remain calm under pressure, managing your workload with precision and care.

This role is available as a full time 9 month fixed-term contract. You’ll be based from our office in Wolverhampton (WV10 6TB) with regular home working available. The role requires a Basic DBS check.
