Public Sector Partnership Services are looking for a motivated and ambitious Strategic Finance Manager to come and lead the Business Partner Team for one of our Client Councils!
We are offering a salary of 55k + annual performance related bonus of £3,000 + Medicash Health Care Plan

We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a Public Sector financial environment with specific experience of financial reporting and financial management, who demonstrates a good working knowledge of technical Local Authority financial codes and regulations, specifically the CIPFA Code of Practice.
Supporting the Head of Finance (Client), this is a chance to help redevelop and shape the financial support provided to our client councils as we respond to the exciting challenges that are presented by the formation of the South East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership by our client councils.
You will manage and support the Business Partner Team in the preparation of the annual revenue and capital budgets, monitoring of financial performance and completion of the final accounts. Additionally, you will coordinate and support the financial management of designated service areas and ensure they receive quality financial advice and information.

Our Financial Services Department also provide client councils with products and solutions for making payments to its business partners and suppliers as well as delivering and maintaining several complex financial systems that are key to the day to day running’s of our high quality end to end financial management.
What we need from you:
You must be fully AAT qualified and be willing to work towards your full CIPFA/CIMA/ACCA qualification
Experienced in local government finance
Ability to lead and motivate a team as well as manage workloads within tight timescales.
