The main purpose of the Multi-Skilled Assistant is to deliver high quality, caring and compassionate patient care. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for administration support with a focus on several key areas including:

Provision of first line of contact to the IG team, providing basic advice and signposting to IG colleagues from more complex matters

Processing of IG incidents and communicating with staff throughout the Trust to ensure appropriate resolution.

Receipt and processing of Freedom of Information requests

Receipt and processing of Data Subject Access Requests

Administration and project support to the IG Team.

Uploading of documents to Intranet site/content management

Direct project support to improvement and transformation projects as required.

Organisation of meetings, production of Agendas and Minutes and distribution of papers

Operational document and records management activities within standard operating procedures.

Dealing with a varied case load predominantly consisting of Motor Personal Injury and Credit Hire claims, this role is ideal for somebody looking to take the next step in their career as a Claims Handler.
