What you will be doing:

• Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Responsible for Test case design and test case review
• Leading the QA activities/development team within the scrum team
• Automate the test cases using SOAP UI/Postman 
• Mentoring new team members.
• End of end responsibility of delivery with quality and Support to maintenance team on need basis

What you bring:

• 10 to 13 Years in Experience in manual/automation Test case preparation, test execution and test script preparation
• 5+ Years of experience in Web services or API testing using tools like SOAP UI or Postman
• Exposure towards API/Service Automation and SQL knowledge is must
• Should have sound knowledge in Core banking domain (Retail Deposits or Retail Lending) and Hands on experience in Core banking products
• Good knowledge on defect and test management tools (Jira/Test rail etc.) and automation tools (Selenium)
• Good knowledge on developing and analyzing test data and results and should be able to maintain metrics. Should be able to correlate business scenarios with test cases
• Exposure to Agile Methodology - PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives.  Good knowledge in SDLC and User Story Effort Estimation, Test Plan Preparation & Defect tracking
• Controls and manages teams test activities by allocating tasks and tracking. Establish and enforce quality standards and processes

Added bonus if you have:

• Good to have completed Testing certifications like ISTQB, CSTE
• Exposure towards Agile methodology
