· Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.
· Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service
· Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.
· Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.
· Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.
· Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.
