Typical shift as a bank Support Worker
- Supporting people over the age of 18 who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness.
- There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from assisting customers with their practical, daily living tasks to working through support plans, helping them to achieve independence.
- You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services.

You bring
- Enjoyment working with a range of customers.
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
- Experience as a Support Worker. It is important that you have worked in this type of environment before.
- A positive, can do and caring attitude, with the desire to learn to continue making a difference to our customers lives.
- Previous experience of working with support plans, recording, and using information concisely and effectively.

Job details
- Based at our service at the Paragon, you’ll spend your time travelling around the three properties within Bath.
- Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups,
- To get from A to B, you can walk or use public transport if you don’t want to use a vehicle to travel into Bath.
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
