As a National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (Large Bank Field Examiner) with emphasis in Commercial Credit, you will:

• Oversee ongoing supervisory efforts of commercial credit activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor commercial credit supervisory activities which includes assessing risk, developing supervisory strategies and determining the scope of supervisory activities.
• Provide leadership and training to other examiners and may instruct at formal schools.
• Manage teams of assisting personnel during supervisory activities.
• Serve as a consultant to employees and managers. Lead in discussions with large bank management on findings and recommendations.
• Prepare communications to foster positive changes within the bank.
• Maintain effective communications within the OCC to ensure that appropriate coordination and follow-up activities take place.
• Prepare reports of activities and develop responses to address risks.

The Business Change Manager is responsible for supporting the GCT Capital and Optimisation & Securitisation team, along with broader GCT change initiatives. This includes providing data and ensuring that the development of reporting and system infrastructure for transactions and programs is robust and sustainable. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a team of specialists to optimise and manage key, innovative transactions.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be responsible for managing change initiatives for Capital Optimisation and Securitisation within the Treasury department. The aim is to effectively manage data and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and systems, using the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage change initiatives within the Treasury department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Responsible for data management and control across securitisation programmes
• Collaborate with the business, risk, front office and product platforms to drive business change and add to the product backlog
• Be an agent for change by driving improvements in securitisation reporting processes
• Support assurance reviews and external Auditor requirements for transactions supplying data requirements and system logic.
• Cross-skill colleagues in the teams to upskill on new technologies and ensure best practice and learnings are shared to reduce key person dependencies.
• Assist and execute comprehensive change into wider team leadership and strategy

What you'll need:

• Have a demonstrable knowledge of treasury data and applications with the curiosity to continually improve processes
• Experience in treasury processes, reporting requirements and change within a corporate or financial institution. Knowledge of securitisation processes and systems would be a distinct advantage
• Advanced technical skills in data preparation, information visualization, statistical programming languages and SQL.

This SME business is looking for a Finance Business Partner for a hybrid role in Crawley.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring proper recording and reporting of financial transactions, along with providing finance support to operational and marketing teams responsible for showing cost budgets and revenue. You will build, review and maintain budgets and forecasts in the FP&A system. Financial accounting responsibility for all legal entities within remit, balance sheet reconciliation and audit compliance. Ad hoc reporting and analysis. Supporting the Finance Director and wider business to develop new and innovative analysis to help the business focus on performance and delivering financial objectives. Implement improvements to accounting processes and provide ad-hoc support as required for the senior finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant or qualified by experience ideally from an SME background with strong management accounting and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the office in Crawley, 2 remote, salary to £55,000 plus enhanced holiday & pension.
