You will beworking as part of theEstates and Facilities Departmentworking on strategic projects to deliver the Trust’s Estates Strategy. You will be used to managing projects and working with contractors. Willing to undertakeCPD, you will have leadership experience and be able todemonstrateinnovative practice. Showing effective management skillsand work withcolleaguesand outside consultants.Have an excellent understanding ofHealth Planning and the NHS healthcare system.
• Develop strategic and operational policies around the use of healthcare estate.
• Work flexibly in response toprojectneedsacross multiple sites
• Manage the Trust’s Space Utilisation and management process.
• Supporting colleagues in the delivery ofprojects
• Be able to work in multiple environments, often clinical on adiverserange of projects& buildings
