Summary:

The DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a variety of strategic marketing efforts in their market—including building and maintaining the OneDigital brand overall and managing initiatives to drive growth and engage customers. This position works hand in hand with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, market-level sales and client service teams in support of the growth and retention plans as determined by the DMV senior leadership team. This position works closely with the other field marketers in the market, region, and the corporate marketing team.

The Marketing Manager requires an understanding of OneDigital’s business, vendor management expertise, professional communication acumen to manage important internal and external communications, and attention to detail as it relates to strategic initiative management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivering on specific strategic priorities as part of our marketing strategy that drive profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth 
• Collaborates with national marketing team in developing goals, strategies and management practices that will ensure in-region dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention;
• Fosters and develops relationships with local office leaders in order to exceed the sales and retention goals for the office;  
• Manages brand awareness activities in the region, including regional buzz-building, event marketing, key market messaging and execution;
• Works with OneDigital’s corporate marketing team to develop the voice of the region and ensure it is articulated clearly in region-facing marketing messages;
• Oversees content development, execution and management for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral (including videos);
• Researches and develops messaging that resonates with ideal customers; collaborates with leadership, sales, and service teams to understand customer needs and develop insight-based messaging and collateral to support;
• Manages and implements regional marketing plans—including digital lead generation activities, D4M campaigns, webinars, and PR; leverage customer data to improve customer experience and outcomes
• Works closely with regional leadership to develop an enablement strategy to ensure colleagues have efficient and effective access to the right resources for their customers
• Manages local market relationships with PR firm, journalists and media, and works with OneDigital’s national PR service provider as needed;
• Design and deliver innovative in-person and virtual events, and peer forums;
• Plan and execute industry events, developing print collaterals/website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities; consults local office leaders on event marketing best practices;
• Collaborates with leaders to monitor, analyze and present results of marketing efforts to stakeholders;
• Works with Sales, Client Services and IT to maintain, scrub and renew data used for digital marketing initiatives;
• Represents marketing in acquisition activities in the region, and works in conjunction with the corporate team to support the onboarding process for acquisitions in the region overall.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Key Role:

Lead the day-to-day financial operations of a Civil Sector business unit. Partner with account executives to develop annual and multi-year business plans and provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues. Contribute to the annual planning process and continue to incorporate innovative ideas and best practices. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and current and predicted future trends. Guidehouse's Finance team is a strategic business advisor responsible for managing financial risk, including: financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with strategic and tactical matters. Services include: budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, data and analytics related to portfolio performance, shared services and financing. Finance works daily with leadership, engagement partners and managers on managing the profitability of engagements and the overall business portfolio. What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is shaping Zero Strategies across multiple federal clients.  Our efforts look holistically at the impacts of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) spanning the Zero Trust pillars, as well as cultural, programmatic, and technical areas. We are currently seeking a Zero Trust Project Manager to lead and assist customers in the deployment. The Project Manager will be responsible for assessing our customers current ZTA posture, establishing roadmaps, and collaborating with vendors and technical teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues.

Specific Duties will include:

• Assist in planning and leading technical professionals and cross-functional/matrix teams

• Manage and track plan towards completion, ensuring the quality of the team’s work

• Demonstrate communications skills with all levels of management

• Support program management activities throughout the lifecycle of the ZTA project

• Develop ZTA documentation including strategy development, roadmaps, presentations, and technical/non-technical documentation

• Work with key stakeholders to track, report, and drive ZTA adoption

• Work with key stakeholders to anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risk using best practice program management tools and methodology

• Provide continuous improvement recommendations and risk mitigations for ZTA implementation across all ZTA pillars

• Develop communications materials and track deliverables for cross-functional teams

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

• Bachelor’s degree

• EIGHT (8) or more years of relevant experience supporting highly complex IT systems

• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and information system technologies

• Experience with developing security policy, and online research techniques

• Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management

• Expertise in performing project planning activities

• Ability to tailor communication to effectively reach an audience

• Strong leadership and management skills

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical discipline

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.

• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture, Okta, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Azure, AWS, and other Zero Trust enabling technology and cloud providers.
