This is a newly created role within our Finance function due to the expansion and growth of the organisation. This role will be responsible for line managing two team members. As a Finance Manager, you will be actively involved in:
Preparation of income and expenditure reports and monitor spend against budget.
Analyse financial information to drive understanding and action.
Provide clear financial information, advice, KPIs, and analysis.
Liaise regularly with Budget Holders of all levels ensuring provided information is in an accessible format
Offer vital input into the budget setting process across the organisation and accurately reforecast on a monthly basis
Build and maintain significant relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure efficient communication between relevant parties.
Make process and system improvements where necessary by influencing the financial architecture of the organisation to keep up with the organisation’s growth.
Manage and develop the Purchase Ledger and Finance Assistant roles.
Support with the payroll functionality.
Improve policies and systems to better meet the organisational objectives.
Lead, deliver, and develop projects inclusively.
Applicants that wish to be considered for this position must have previous Finance experience and must be qualified to at least AAT Level 4 or equivalent.
