What you'll be doing
You’ll be joining CIBC’s Business PMO. You’ll work closely with others to manage a portfolio of projects from end-to-end. As the Senior Manager, Change Management, you’ll be building a team of change professionals to manage and develop change plans for transformational initiatives. You’ll use your expertise in change management methodology to make recommendations for continuous improvements on all project plans and other change related practices.
How you'll succeed
Change management – Develop the Change Management discipline for CIBC's US region. Provide best practices for CIBC based on your expertise. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by the team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve change capabilities.
Teamwork – Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
Communication - Provide visibility to transformational initiatives sequencing, planning and people change management components by performing analysis on skills and workforce, applying substantial communication and problem-solving skills
