Our client is a growing, acquisitive business who are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager into a role which is the number one finance role onsite at their offices near to Ferndown, Dorset.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
• Managing the transactional finance team with oversight of the ledgers;
• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and MI for two subsidiaries;
• Ensuring compliance with all industry accounting regulations;
• Working with senior managers across the business to support them with budgets and any pressures and communicating any pressure points;
• Management and development of the finance system;
• Continuous review and implementation of process improvements;
• Provision of payroll information;
• Weekly cashflow reporting;
• Negotiating supplier terms;
• Foreign exchange.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
• Fully CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified;
• A track record of working in a Finance Manager role;
• Previous experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous;
• A working knowledge of Xero would also be beneficial.
