We have a rare opportunity to develop your leadership and managerial skills as Clinical Operational Manager for our Home Enteral Nutrition and Oncology Dietetics Teams.

You will have managerial and clinical experience at band 7 level which you will build on to lead and manage both teams through their next phase of development.

There will be a need to innovate and bring the two dietetic teams closer together, and to ensure support to team members, and appropriate care is provided to all patients, as both caseloads continue to grow in complexity and number.

A strong clinical background and experience in HEN or Oncology is essential, desirable to have both as you will have occasional clinical contact. You will also provide clinical supervision to team members whose patients often have complex care needs and ensure policies and procedures are in place to support best practice and ways of working. Support will be gained from Head of Service and peers within Rehabilitation and Therapies Services.

You will need to be able to work from home and also attend meetings at any sites within East or West Kent.

About This Role:

 

1. Perform regular remote communication to dealerships within assigned territory to:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key dealership personnel (Dealer Principal, General Manager, Finance Manager, Parts Manager and Service Manager)
• Increase awareness of credit product by meeting virtually with prospective dealerships and non-engaged personnel within participating dealerships
• Coordinate virtual credit card product and promotion training sessions for new dealers and/or dealer employees; performing training if required
• Maintain regular contact schedule with participants, prospects and partner field management to ensure consistent/increased production
• Meet production and growth requirements and objective

2. Regularly partner with regional sales teams within partner, and partner-vendor organizations to secure new dealer agreements, and increase engagement from existing dealers

3. Participate in National and regional partner tradeshows/events, and applicable field organization meetings to promote the credit card program

4. Ensure any compliance issues are addressed with dealers within territory

5. Some travel may be required to visit high opportunity dealers in assigned territory (possibly once per quarter)

6.　Document results and duties in Salesforce and other documentation as needed

7. Complete all required administrative work (timecards, reporting, calendars, etc.) in a thorough and timely manner

Basic Qualifications:

Job Summary
The HL Enterprise Retail Sales Manager (ERSM) reports directly to the Home Lending Market Leader and is accountable for creating an engaging sales culture for employees to develop the skills and confidence required to grow the business by helping new and existing clients with home lending solutions. (ERSMs) prioritize and lead delivering Crazy Good Service to all clients. The ERSM primary responsibilities are to recruit external LO talent, lead a span of 3-8 loan officers (spans of control are defined by National Sales Executive and ML) and lead production representative of their local market, branch referred business and Key Private Bank (KPB) referrals and KPB mortgage trade areas. The ERSM leads a team of Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO's and CDLOs) effective at originating high quality home lending originations and must demonstrate expertise with the local real estate market attributes (property taxes, transfer taxes, millage rates, etc.). This role will develop and lead strategies and tactics in their local markets to build local Center of Influence (COIs) for their MLOs and CDLOs. • Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations, ensuring the firm's credit and margin practices comply with local and international standards. Interact with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and facilitating audits.

• Work closely with 1st line of defense partners in trading, margin, and operations to ensure seamless coordination of credit risk related issues. Collaborate with technology teams to enhance and optimize credit and margin systems.

• Monitor and analyze credit exposures, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate actions.

• Generate regular reports on credit and margin exposures for senior management.

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Develop risk assessments and market scenario hypothetical to ensure proper adherence to the firm’s risk tolerance.

• Collaborate with the sales team to assess and manage potential risks associated with new client onboarding. Engage with relationship teams to discuss credit requirements and address client inquiries.

Experience Required

• 7+ years of industry-relevant experience managing credit risk functions in a self-clearing US broker-dealer operating in the wealth management space.

• Currently holds a FINRA Series 24 license.

• Deep understanding of the US securities industry and brokerage operations with experience in StreetSide operations, custody, and clearing

• Demonstrated experience providing guidance and applying operational and credit risk principles and concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams across functional boundaries to ensure efficiency of operations and effective risk management.

• Willingness to adapt and respond appropriately to new demands, priorities, challenges, and obstacles.

• Data driven and able to analyze metrics and trends, such as monitoring key metrics and data to evaluate performance.

• Highly effective in establishing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strong communicator who is able to clearly articulate priorities and issues to senior management and teammates and to motivate and clearly communicate expectations to operations staff.

• Experience managing credit at a self-clearing broker-dealer that provides trade, clearing, and custody services to introducing broker-dealers. 

• Experience reporting directly to the executive management and working closely with other executives to align on credit risk strategy with the firm’s overall business strategy.

About this Position

The Head of the Life Contact Centers and Image Technology Center will be responsible for several departments and areas of focus overseeing a large organization. This role will require a strong people leader with experience leading and implementing process improvement, and technology change in a complex cross functional organization.

As the primary business stakeholder for the contact centers, command center and Image technology center, this candidate will work with the Primerica IT and Projects team to sponsor and prioritize strategic initiatives and technology enhancements to positively impact our Field representatives, Clients and Beneficiaries. This role will also work closely with Operations managers to drive straight through processing to assign, route and escalate high value, high priority tasks to the appropriate teams.

This leader will oversee multiple departments and teams comprising more than 300 total headcounts. As a result, experience managing large departments and providing strong communication skills, experience providing verbal and written feedback, mentoring and guidance to contact center managers and team members is essential to improve and acknowledge performance.

About this Position

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Revenue Accounting and Valuation Manager is responsible for the accounting of the lifetime value of commission revenue recognized for the Company's Senior Health segment.  Responsibilities include developing the estimate for the lifetime value of commission revenue expected from the distribution of senior health insurance policies and the quarterly valuation of the renewal commission receivable recognized by the Company. In addition, this role will be responsible for administering the annual goodwill impairment analysis performed for the reporting unit and recognizing accounting entries for the amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets.  This role will also participate in the research of technical revenue recognition concepts for changes in contractual relationships or new product lines relating to the Company's products that recognize revenue in accordance with ASC 606.

Revenue recognition for Senior Health Segment - Operate the Senior Health segment's revenue recognition valuation model. Perform controls effectively to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data input into the model and the outputs used to prepare revenue journal entries. Use data analytics to identify trends in commission data to ensure revenue lifetime value estimates are appropriate and continuously enhance the effectiveness of the model.  Understand variances in activity and communicate results to executive management.  Coordinate processes across corporate and segment leadership teams to ensure proper revenue recognition accounting.  

Coordinate annual goodwill impairment analysis - Coordinate preparation of annual goodwill impairment analysis. Develop per unit lifetime value of commissions estimates and cash collection schedules. Document controls to assess the reasonableness of segment management's projected financial information. Collaborate with external specialists to determine key assumptions used to calculate the reporting unit's fair value.  Coordinate with external auditors to complete audit of the goodwill impairment process.                                                                                                

Accounting for intangible assets - Prepare the amortization entries for the intangible assets on a quarterly basis. Monitor the assets to determine if there are any triggering events that would require an adhoc impairment analysis. Complete monthly/quarterly account reconciliations to support the balances.

                                                                                               
Research Revenue Accounting Topics - Research technical revenue accounting concepts as they apply to the Company's Senior Health segment and other non-insurance contract product lines.  Help develop revenue recognition accounting policies for new or modified contracts with customers.  

                                                                                              
Assist in the preparation of revenue disclosures included in financial statements - Review the Company's revenue recognition disclosures in financial statements and provide feedback to ensure disclosures are appropriate and consistent with US GAAP. Contribute to the preparation of analytical explanations for revenue in the Company's Senior Health segment.     

             

Minimum Job Requirements and Qualifications                                                        

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or related field 
• 4 – 5 years of work experience with  financial valuation and/or revenue recognition concepts
• Experience with the execution or testing of SOX 404 internal controls including the validation of the completeness and accuracy of data used to prepare valuation estimates
• Highly functional operating with data analytical tools including Microsoft Excel and Power BI 
• Ability to understand how data elements are used by algorithmic models
