Your Role: We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence. This position is in Glendale, Arizona and will support our Personal Lines Product Executives. This role will be required to be in the office Thursdays and one other weekday.
Your work:
Assist and support various Personal Line Product executives with organizing, reminding, prioritizing and managing their time to meet deadlines and assist with projects.
Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings and coordinate follow up with meeting participants on tasks/issues as appropriate.
Plan and run team meetings, including guest speaker coordination, and related meeting logistics.
Interact with clients who may include internal and external senior executives.
Possess strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to partner with managers at all levels.
Manage schedules for all internal and external meetings, travel plans, conference calls and day to day activities.
Maximize appropriate time allocation to senior executive’s priorities based on understanding the company goals and their individual objectives.
Proofread documents, messages, presentations.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
5+ years of Executive Assistant or relevant experience.
BS/BA Degree or some college coursework preferred.
Desire to join a dynamic and progressive HR team.
Ability to make sound, independent decisions and use own initiative to accomplish tasks
Strong skills in developing effective relationships, communication skills, managing expectations in a dynamic organization.
Ability to learn and adapt to the executive's work styles and handle discreet information.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, activities, and projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and working knowledge of M365.
Shows respect for differences through excellent communication skills with people from an array of backgrounds.

The national average hourly range for this position is $35.70-$39.66. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5% of eligible pay.
