Job Scope:
· Supporting the division on General Admin, Onboarding and HR matters, including account creation, managing email lists and groups, knowledge management and e-filing matters.
· Supporting the division on basic Finance and Procurement matters, including managing corporate transport accounts, verification of invoices, general admin, and basic procurement matters.
· Supporting the division for Meetings, Events and Engagement sessions with partners and stakeholders, including general admin, scheduling, logistics, and procurement of venue and refreshments.
· Personal Assistant to Coordinating Director, to assist with managing the Director’s schedule and arranging meetings.
Working Arrangement:
Location: Clarke Quay
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours:
Mon – Thu: 9.00am to 6.30pm
Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary: Monthly Rated
Job Requirements:
· Relevant skills and experience in general administrative work, scheduling and coordination, and support for events (admin, logistics, operations support).
· Relevant experience in basic finance and procurement matters would be an added advantage.
· Relevant experience in public agencies would be an added advantage.
· Relevant experience as a personal assistant (PA) would be an added advantage.
· Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
· Resourceful, meticulous and a proactive team player.
· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
