The Enterprise Applications - IT team is a strategic business partner to our organization delivering effective and innovative technology solutions. We partner with groups across the company including sales, marketing and finance to deliver and maintain high quality scalable technology solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the solution design and delivery for our finance processes. The successful candidate will understand and own all finance processes associated with quote to cash. Procure to pay as well as record to report functionality. She/he will provide structure and leadership to projects, understand the Intapp business requirements, provide guidance on best practices and standard functionality and translate needs into technical solutions.   Additionally, this position will oversee the delivery of IT services and projects and ensure internal client satisfaction.

• Become an expert in Intapp’s finance processes and systems and bring strong functional knowledge about finance processes to the table.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help define the solutions.
• Act as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stack
• Responsible for owning finance system configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Pair understanding of business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic technical roadmaps

• Prior experience with ERP systems especially NetSuite and integration with CRM (Saleforce), NetSuite ARM, Billing solutions (like Salesforce Billing, NetSuite or Zone billing), FP&A tools like Adaptive, Anaplan etc.

How Do We Pay:

Compensation for this position in the first year is a combination of hourly pay, guaranteed bonus, and the opportunity to earn commission payments based upon the applicable compensation schedule for the role, which may be amended from time to time.

Newly hired employees (in all jurisdictions, including [CA, NY, NJ, CO, WA]) are paid $17.31 per hour, a minimum guaranteed monthly bonus of $1,333 in months 1 through 7, plus the opportunity to earn commissions.  Newly hired employees historically have received average total compensation between $56,000 and $66,000 in their first year.  Annual compensation, however, is not guaranteed, other than the hourly pay and guaranteed bonus described above.

Develops, manages, retains and grows profitable banking relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects. Assists in the design, development and delivery of solutions that meet the client’s complex balance sheet management needs while providing expert service and highly personalized interaction. Develops and executes a business plan to profitably grow overall banking revenue while maintaining adherence to the Bank’s risk tolerance. Works collaboratively in the branch and regional teams to identify and make referrals.

U.S. Only: This position will act as an originator of consumer loans as defined by Regulation Z, Regulation G, and the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (the S.A.F.E. Act). This position will require a Federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. The Bank will instruct you on the registration requirements needed to comply with this requirement. A criminal background review and credit history evaluation will be required for this position as well as restrictions on performing in a real estate agent capacity.

  Qualifications:

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet the licensing and certification requirements for the team / branch / jurisdiction where the mandate is being fulfilled.
• Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the standards established within the credit qualification process, policies, and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary represents BMO Financial Group’s hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
