We are looking for a Assistant and Insurance event organisation (m/f) based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:
Manage insurers and broker visits
Manage Insurance event for Insurers (Road shows, annual presentation)
Manage agenda, prioritizing, collecting information for decision making for the manager/team when appropriate
Define and anticipate needs when possible; organise /plan meetings; align with other assistant
Manage FTI Roadmap
Keep distribution list available
Handle logistics for event
take in charge the cascade of internal and external information in the team
contribute to positive working relationships and act as facilitator within the team and with the stakeholder
Focal point for IT and facility management
handle office administrative duties (phone, meetings admin, HR requirements, expenses…)
Handle relavant logistics for the team (office supplies, travel management)
promote initiatives to reduce environmental footprint
Your boarding pass:
Min 10 years of professional experience
Fluent in French and advanced level in English
Project Management experience
