Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by primarily handling KYC document submissions, providing finance support and managing various administrative tasks. This position is essential in maintaining the efficiency of their KYC, financial, and administrative processes.
Job Responsibilities
- KYC Submission - Fill in KYC/account opening form, liaise with the relevant stakeholders to arrange and maintain all KYC documents for the companies
- Review and update invoices to the company's internal invoice management system
- Process invoices, expenses reports and purchase orders
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and assist in reconciling accounts
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Handle phone calls, filing and provide general administrative support
- Manage day-to-day office operations in a timely and efficent manner
- Complete any ad-hoc duties and requirements as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent education in Finance or related field
- Prior KYC experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently without the need of supervision or spoon feeding
- Good hands on experience working on MS Office, PDF and web drives such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
