Your new role
Supporting the Head of Finance and joining a small existing team, you will take on specific responsibility for the purchase ledger.
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Liaising with and building relationships with key suppliers
- Answering supplier queries
- Managing the logistics of crucial deliveries
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as freight, couriers, import & export handlers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have a background in finance, ideally gained within the hospitality sector. You will enjoy "problem-solving", be good at building relationships with external suppliers and be adept at "juggling" to ensure deliveries are managed and stock levels maintained.
Like everyone who works here, you will have a passion for customer services and want to ensure the company can provide the very best service possible.

What you\'ll get in return
- Permanent contract
- Standard Monday to Friday working week
- Based on site in very smart, high-spec premises
- Required to work circa 1 Saturday a month with time given off in lieu
