This role is an intermediate level position in Markets Treasury, responsible for overseeing the balance sheet and managing related risks, assisting in managing and decision taking in AFS and trading books. Job Overview:

As a Disaster Recovery Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond effectively to unforeseen events. Job Responsibilities:

• Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to Higher Management

DR validation:

Crisis Management:

IT Resilience:

• Review changes to ensure new implementation meets the IT resilience requirement.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance IT resilience strategies.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Provide regular reports to management on the status of disaster recovery preparedness and ongoing risk assessments.

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in managing disaster recovery plans and recovery
• Experience managing Data Centre Operations in the financial services industry.
• Experience in IT systems (Network, databases, cloud, virtual machines, storage) to be able to engage stakeholders during system resiliency review.
• Bachelor degree or in Mechanical / Electronic or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Project management skills to coordinate Disaster Recovery exercise
• Experience in risk assessment to manage risk and identify potential vulnerabilities
• Ability to lead and manage cross functional stakeholders to manage recovery efforts and exercise
• Good understanding of various backup and recovery strategies within the Data Centre environment
