Role of Commercial Finance Administrator
You will be joining a highly experienced team and reporting into the Commercial Finance Administrator whilst working alongside their wider Commercial finance team.
Responsibilities for Commercial Finance Administrator
The role of Commercial Finance Administrator will include management of data, documents and systems for the business. Accurate logging of expenses and maintenance. Liaising with Subcontractors for insurances, agreements, invoice and variations.
As Commercial financial Administrator your will provide support and carry out administrative duties as a whole for the Commercial Finance team.
Requirements for Commercial Finance Administrator
You will be an experienced Finance Administrator or ambitious Accounts Assistant with a proven track record carrying out similar tasks. Key attributes include previous experience within a finance based role. strong communication skills both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Drive and dedication to get work done in a timely manner is also essential, due to the fast paced nature of this industry.
The client are a extremely successful regional contractor with offices across the south coast. The role of Commercial Finance Administrator will be joining their busy southern region.
