  Job Responsibilities
  You will be taking care of the full spectrum of the companies’ finance activities, including maintaining the full set of accounts and responsible for its day-to-day accounting functions including but not limited to the following:
• Handle full sets of accounts, preparing monthly management accounts, and annual financial reporting
• Daily work included accounts receivable, accounts payable, and GL; cashflow management; assets management, quarterly GST reporting and claim; corporate tax; bank admin matters; property loan matters, etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy with ACCA preferred.
• Prefer candidate with at least 5 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts. Possess good knowledge in accounting entries.
• Proficient in Xero and QuickBooks Accounting Software, excellent Excel
• Able to guide the junior assistant.

Our client is the leading manufacturing public listed company in US. They are actively looking to hire a Cost Accounting Supervisor to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

• Manage costing functions, including standard cost amortization, variance analysis, and cost summary review
• Update annual standard costs in the Oracle system
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, covering collection, cash application, credit limit, invoice transmission, and dispute resolution
• Review and manage Ship & Debit claims from distributors
• Assist in audits, particularly inventory and distributor audits, involving minimal travel
• Handle inventory-related tasks, such as E&O provisions, account reconciliation, in-transit review, and distributor inventory reconciliations
• Review, upload, and validate Point of Sale (POS) transactions
• Manage accruals for various items, including samples, adders, and wafer receipts
• Handle Return Material Authorization accruals and reviews
• Review, accrue, authorize, and process rebates

• Collaborate with auditors on specific duties

The Requirements:
