• Answering incoming calls/emails
• Receiving claims, notifying insurers, and acting as an intermediary throughout the claims process.
• Preparing quarterly reports and sending to clients.
• Policy renewals, adjustments, and general policy administration.

To be considered you must be educated to degree level with sound written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manor. You must have very high professional standard of work including thorough attention to detail and accuracy, and a consistent commitment to excellence. Candidates with degrees focusing on legal, business, insurance or financial services will be desirable however all backgrounds will be considered if you are able to display to right attributes to succeed.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for processing invoices, updating purchase orders (POs), and performing various finance administrative tasks using Xero.
Your new role

• Invoice Processing: Accurately process and record invoices in the accounting system.
• Purchase Orders: Update and maintain purchase orders, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
