Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and control of the Operating Unit's (Contract to Cash/Project based) financial reporting processes, including the month-end process and preparation of the quarterly forecast. - Oversee financial operations for contracts totalling approximately £40m in revenue, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time reporting with support from our off-shore Finance Centre of Excellence.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts, including scenario planning, KPI analysis, and cost optimization, to support contract performance.
- Identify and manage financial and commercial risks, providing recommendations for operational improvements and efficiency.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with NHS stakeholders and internal teams to support informed financial decision-making and collaborative risk management.

About you
