In total, we have multinational staff of more than 500 working in the power generation field in Asia.
In line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Finance and Administrative Associate to manage day-to-day operations of finance and administrative tasks in our AFRY Singapore office.
Responsibilities
The Finance and Administrative Associate shall carry out responsibilities as follows:
- Prepares and reviews employee voucher requests including expense reports
- Prepares and records daily Account Payable and Account Receivable invoices
- Processes payment to vendor invoices by check issuing and remittance application submission
- Prepares daily and weekly cash position reports
- Inputs all financial transactions data into Maconomy
- Imports data from Maconomy to AARO and prepare AARO reports
- Works as Maconomy Project Controller and Maconomy Back Office to work with Project Manages (To set up, monitor, control and close the projects)
- Reviews signed contracts to liaise with local and international taxation
- Prepares project invoices, submits them to clients and follows up with clients
- Supports projects profit / loss taken at the month end closing
- Supports employees’ timesheet
- Handles monthly payroll process and related reports in compliance with Employment Act, CPF, PDPA and other Singapore regulations.
- Coordinates and liaisons with work permit agent on schedules and process for expat employees’ visa and work permit as well as manages relevant company data in Singpass system.
- Supports on other HR and administrative related works as assigned.
- Administrative duties related to the office and office facilities.
The Finance and Administrative Associate shall be supported and guided by the AFRY regional headquarters Finance, HR and admin team in Bangkok.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Good Finance and Accounts knowledge skills
- Knowledge of payroll principles, practices and regulations as well as taxation related regulations.
- Accountable for assigned tasks, timelines and deadlines, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
