職責：

- 及時向批發營運主管提供有關分配任務的更新和報告。
- 在直銷店層級舉辦直銷店會議，傾聽、支持員工並為實現目標提供解決方案。
- 維持網點成本管理、服務品質改善、員工發展與留任。
- 與內部團隊進行輔導、指導和協作，以提高門市效率和績效。
- 注重客戶體驗並監督整個網點營運並確保營運流程順暢。
- 管理所有分行人員，為營運提供行政支援；輪班計畫以確保在營業點營業時間內提供支援。
- 根據需要管理管理層的臨時專案和任務。與採購員/檢查員和其他相關利害關係人密切合作，以實現最佳效率。
要求 ：
- 資格： 擁有 3 年服務/時尚產業經驗者優先。
- 所需語言：英語和馬來語；了解其他方言是一個額外的優勢。
- 紀律：準時、結果導向、良好的工作態度。
- 技能：熟練使用 Microsoft Office、高級電腦技能以及報告工具和報告分析知識。
- 必須能夠同時處理多項任務，在快節奏的環境中工作，並具有良好的紀律性以及專業和愉快的性格、人際交往能力和溝通能力。
- 注重店面外觀及設施維護等細節，提供員工安全的工作環境，提供顧客舒適的環境。
