It is a market leader in various consumer claim types, and they require someone like you, who's ready to dive in, learn and become an integral part of their success story. Your role will help elevate their multi-channel customer service deliverables with a particular focus on their growing Car Finance DCA Claims division.

• Experience working within an FCA or an SRA regulated environment is a distinct advantage.
What will your role look like?
• Help and support our Car Finance DCA customers through the lifecycle of their compensation claim(s)
• Respond to customer queries – through our portal, emails and inbound calls
• Undertaking and accurately documenting the results of various third-party enquiries we undertake in support of the client’s claim
• Liaising with lenders, customers and the Financial Ombudsman Service to ensure that we provide timely and accurate responses to any queries raised.
