Role: Finance Administrator
Location: LEEDS
Hours: 37.5 hours per week combined with a competitive salary
In your new role here atQA role you will run the divisional invoicing cycle and work with the customers to ensure timely payment. You will respond to queries, prepare & analyse financial reports and ensure that contractual KPIs are met.
About the role:
- Process sales invoicing & send to the customer
- Review client purchase orders
- Resolve invoice queries
- Review reports and statements to ensure accuracy
- Perform data compilation, reconciliation & analysis
- Make recommendations for improvement to processes & procedures
- Prepare & provide Financial analysis reports
Your knowledge & experience:
- Qualified to AAT
- Great knowledge of invoicing and debt management
- Solid working knowledge of Excel
- Experience of a transactional role with a high level of accuracy maintained
- Experience of working with a high number of transactions
- Liaison with other teams in a wider business
- Experience of presenting data in a concise manner
- Experience of reconciling large data sets in Excel
