We require a project administrator to assist in providing operational support and
project co-ordination to our ISRH service. The post-holder will assist in
management of projects related to the ISRH service. The post holder will assist in
managing projects from start to finish including developing any relevant business
cases or reports with support from the Service Manager. The post-holder will
provide project co-ordination, planning and administrative support to the ISRH
service, they will be required to build positive working relationships with staff at all
levels and across all professional groups. This role will require experience in
supporting projects, strong administrative, planning and organisational skills as well
as confident communication skills. The post-holder will work within Integrated Sexual
and Reproductive Health Services, and with operational and clinical teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project delivery and management
Ensure that all ISRH service projects are uploaded to Trakit and regularly updated.
Assist in providing operational support across the ISRH service.
Proactively liaise with team members and wider stakeholders to develop project plans
and documents and ensure they are kept up to date
Organise and co-ordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating
meeting papers and proactively liaising with attendees.
Take meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and appropriate recording of key decision
points and actions, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure actions are followed up.
Work with the project team to identify and agree clear, measurable SMART goals, timelines
and KPIs for the projects you are managing.
Monitor project risks and ensure that appropriate action is taken to mitigate project
risks.
Monitor project timelines to ensure that projects are implemented on time.
Drafting of project reports and business cases with assistance from the Service
Manager.
