Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven professional to join their team and advance within the company. The ideal candidate will be from an FCA regulated background and have a proven experience in the insurance sector, preferably with a broker, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills. The ability to make data-driven decisions and work under pressure is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database packages.
In this role, you will manage new and existing client accounts, driving business growth and development. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurers, implementing new insurance schemes, enhancing existing facilities, and reconciling insurer accounts monthly. You will also assist clients with their insurance needs, research and negotiate policies, set up new accounts, renew or amend existing policies, support colleague development, and act as a technical referral point.
Our client covers a wide range of insurance lines, including professional indemnity, medical malpractice, commercial combined, product liability, employers and public liability, clinical trial insurance, goods in transit/marine, business travel insurance, directors and officers insurance, and cyber liability insurance.
