Finance Business Partner

As Finance Business Partner, you'll be responsible for business partnering our supply chain teams to improve business processes and financial performance, ensuring they understand our key cost drivers and agree value add actions.

Your role will be key to driving the demand to delivery performance through accurate financial analysis, driving continuous improvement and influencing key operational decision makers across the business. Responsible for supply chain financial reporting, you'll provide insightful commentary on performance, supported with detailed variance analysis.

Our business is continually evolving and from the outset you'll be involved in crafting a key element of its future by supporting the embedding and evolution of SAP.

You'll be a fully CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified Accountant with demonstrable post qualification experience including business partnering a logistics / supply chain function. You'll be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of freight-in, freight-out, warehousing and 3PL management.

You'll have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation and with external stakeholders.

Based from of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) you'll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.

Our Credit Controller provide a best in class service to help our business to achieve zero distance with our customers. Working with our Order to Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we pay invoices on time and in full.

As a true sales ledger expert, you'll manage customer accounts and ensure that all transactions, invoices, deductions and payments are reconciled and that payments are allocated correctly against invoices and in line with our credit control policy.

You'll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you'll also have the opportunity to work from home.

As Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll support the Finance Business Partners, delivering reporting and analysis to influence decision making and improve our financial reporting and performance. You'll support budgeting and forecasting and be responsible for supporting both finance and the wider teams to understand the needs and opportunities for the business.

As a Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with industry experience, you'll have excellent commercial acumen, strong presentation, communication and analytical skills, and experience of working with a variety of finance systems.

You'll enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels and having worked in a commercial environment, you'll enjoy a fast-paced role and the responsibility to help shape decision making. Experience gained within FMCG, Retail or Consumer Goods would be advantageous.
