Key Responsibilities:

Pricing : Assist the Commercial Manager in managing inputs, standards, pricing rates, and quoting practices for the AGS building price catalog, ensuring all building prices are current and only approved rates are deployed.
Market Rates : Actively monitor market rates and builder-submitted rates to ensure AGS pricing remains competitive and compliant with quoting methodologies, while assessing the impact of pricing updates and identifying non-compliance trends.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement supplier management strategies, oversee contract performance, and improve category management, driving enhanced value throughout the process .
Data analytics and Reporting :Supercharge building cost outcomes and builder performance by setting standardized benchmarks-because who doesn't love a good spreadsheet? Partner with Strategic Commercial to turn cost control strategy into a reporting masterpiece that even your favorite spreadsheet nerd would applaud!

Qualification :

3+ years in property claims or 3+ Years construction cost data and market knowledge
Strong knowledge of home insurance products.
Proficiency in data analytics and Excel.
Collaborative mindset with great communication skills
