Location - Greater Manchester
Your role for this position is;
You will be responsible for the production of Management Accounts for the depot, including forecasting, credit control, accruals and the stakeholder management across the company.
Also you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Administrative functions within the office.
Main Responsibilities
Accounts.
- The timely and accurate preparation of all management accounts for the depot ( once qualified)
-Responsible for the monthly accruals and journals I.E expenses (once qualified)
-Liaise with credit control to record and manage bad debt.
-Provision of accurate and timely forecasting.
-Annual budget preparation.
-Analysis of variance and recommendations against budget vs actual.
-People management responsibility of administrators and operational staff in partnership, With depot manager include managing performance, quality of work, appraisals, payroll and HR issues.
- Stakeholder management
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest continuous improvements
- Report on commercial financial data as per the requirement of the business area.
- Working with all internal systems to include SAP, PRIMSA and Webcycle.
- Assist external and internal auditors periodic audits.
Office Duties.
- Accurate recording of drivers and production staff, hours to include overtime, holiday's and any other absence got hr and payroll
- Issuing purchase order on sap and match to the corresponding incoming invoices.
- Monthly update of depot paper/plastic prices on PRISMA
- Ensure the smooth running of the office, controlling the ordering of stationery, canteen supplies and PPE.
- Manage and support the team in order to complete all monthly administration tasks to ensure that all jobs and confirmed,correct weights added, checked and invoiced as well as all third party invoices are paid.
Undertake any other duties as requested by their line manager in accordance with the scope and the responsibilities of the role.
