Office Manager / Administration Manager
This is an operations & management role. You will be working closely with our senior management to help with our office operations. You will help to set up the management processes to ensure our marketing, human resource, finance, operations, and compliance are functioning smoothly and work with senior management to evaluate them and improve them as we grow and our need change.

Responsibilities
• Take charge of the maintenance of our office as and when needed
• Take charge of hiring when needed including setting up interviews and ensuring new staff are onboarded properly.
• Work ith finance to ensure payroll and operations expenses are properly paid and accounted for.
• Manage our finance and operations executives to ensure debit notes are generated promptly, our clients pay their premiums on time, and insurers and referral partners are paid accurately and promptly.
• Work with our finance executive and COO to clear our annual audit, reporting, and compliance requirements with MAS
• Take charge of the implantation of marketing projects including selecting and working with vendors on the development of our website, LinkedIn page & marketing material, setting up our marketing and partner events
• Work with the COO to plan our budget forecast and test various ways to improve our sales and operating efficiency
• Build a close relationship with our senior management, sales team, and finance & operations executives.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management
Requirements
• Singapore Citizen or PR only
• Min 1 year of experience in office management role
• Background in insurance, compliance, finance or marketing is an advantage
