About the Role

As a Graphics Engineer in our Smart Buildings team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing intuitive graphics for our Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring a good experience for users.
Key responsibilities:
- Create intuitive navigation schemes and interactive elements to facilitate efficient system monitoring and control.
- Optimise graphics for performance and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually improve graphics quality and user experience.
- Create operating manuals that are user-friendly and of high-quality and provide demonstrations on how to use the system to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in BMS graphics design and user interface development.
What do I need?
- Experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools, and knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with building management HVAC control principles, but this is not essential.
